Terms and Conditions

Please read before Scanning Appointment and contact us with any Questions you might have.

Scheduling and Contact Information

Requests for 3D virtual tour appointments should be submitted via our website or email with as much detail as possible. We will reply back within 24 hours to verify the date, time, and location of the shoot. Next day orders are sometimes difficult to schedule, cannot be guaranteed but we will always try our best to fit you in our schedule. Once both parties have acknowledged the date and time of the appointment, the appointment will be considered “booked”. Our service area consists of the Punta Del Este area and within 30km around La Barra; additional travel fees may apply for out of area bookings.

Ownership of Media

It is customary for photographers to retain the copyright for photography. We do reserve that copyright, but you are free to use the photos for all your marketing needs. We do not allow content to be sold to a 3rd party without our approval. If a client wants options, like the address hidden, we can do that.


We charge by m2 constructed space. So when you choose the m2 bracket at the time of ordering, we hope you choose the correct amount. Additional fees may be assessed and charged on your credit card if m2 constructed space is more than what is ordered. We charge at time of order. If there are additional m2, we add them afterwards.

Hosting Duration

The tour will be online for a year. After a year you can renew for another year. There is currently no cost to renew and you can renew for as long as you like. At any time, you can download a copy and host it on your own server.

Site Preparation

Customer is required to prepare the property in advance of the appointment, including without limitation:

  • Make sure that access is arranged with your agent or caretaker.

  • Turn on all lights, lamps, and open curtains and blinds. Your photographer will decide to close or dampen them if needed.

  • Clear all surfaces from everyday items such as cell phones and your morning coffee cup, newspapers, personal photos you don’t want to be displayed, etc.

  • Close toilet seats; remove tissue boxes and other toiletries. 

  • Clear kitchen counters from dishes, glasses, towels and dish soap, etc.

  • Remove phone or tablet chargers.

  • If the laundry area is going to be photographed remove clothing from clear front load machines.

  • Remove vehicles, RV’s, trailers from the driveway.

  • All garbage or recycle boxes should be moved to an area where it will not be photographed.

  • Remove confidential or unwanted items.

  • Pets are asked to be removed or placed in a crate for the appointment.

This is not to make extra work for you but more to make sure your property shows in the best light and way possible. There is a specific amount of time scheduled for your home so that we are not rushed, and you get the best experience possible. By making sure this list is followed, it is our hopes we will have the highest chance of success. Photographers will not assist in moving furniture or other household items due to liability concerns. We will make an effort to help with those small items that get missed. Inform us of any rooms or areas that should be excluded from capturing.


Photographer will only adjust at the photographer’s discretion the following, including without limitation: 

  • Blinds

  • Lighting

  • Any small objects that will affect the quality of the Scan or Shoot.

  • Doors to make sure the flow of the tour can move throughout the house properly

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule the appointment less than 24 hours before the photo shoot or scan, you agree to pay a reschedule fee of USD 50 for a new appointment.  If we can replace the photo shoot with another client, then the fee is waived.  

Unable to Shoot/Scan Fee

If the photographer arrives at the property and cannot access it or it is not ready to photograph and/or scan, then you agree to pay a USD 75 fee plus any applicable travel charges. Unless otherwise arranged, a property that has not been properly prepared, in Photographer’s sole discretion, will be considered unready and the date of Shooting must be rescheduled.  Photographer shall not be held responsible for the untidiness of any property or for small alignment issues, mirror, window, glass, and reflective views. Customer shall further ensure that the property is accessible upon the day of shooting for the length of the appointment.  The customer or its representative may be present at the property at the time of the shooting to approve Photographer’s interpretation of the shootings to be provided.

Weather Policy

We are prepared to shoot in most any weather.  Often, sellers spend a good amount of time getting their house ready, so at the very least, we can do the interiors.  If it is not raining hard, we can often get front and rear shots as well.  If, in the opinion of the photographer, the shoot/scan cannot be completed due to inclement weather or other adverse conditions, then the photographer reserves the right to reschedule the shoot at the earliest convenience. The client has the option to accept the reschedule date or to receive a refund of any fees, or payments that have been made within thirty (30) days. In unsafe conditions for the equipment, the photographer may choose to reschedule the shoot. 

Takedown Service

During the Term, the Customer can request at any time that Photographer designates any iGuide 3D Services as public or private.  Any iGuide 3D Service designated as private will be un-accessible and un-viewable by the public.  Photographer will promptly comply with such request.

No Affiliation with iGUIDE Canada

Customer acknowledges that: (a) Service Provider iGUIDE-Uruguay3D is an independent provider of the Capture Services and is not a contractor, employee or agent of iGUIDE Canada; and (b) Service Provider is making the 3D Services available to Customers under a license between iGUIDE Canada and iGuide-Uruguay3D. 

Warranty and Disclaimer

Service Provider represents that it shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in a timely and workmanlike manner, consistent with generally acceptable industry standards.  In the event of any breach of the foregoing warranty, as Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, Service Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to re-perform its obligations promptly in a manner that cures such breach. 

Except for the foregoing warranty, the 3d services and capture services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether written or oral, express or implied.   Service provider does not represent or warrant that 3d services or capture services will meet customer’s needs or requirements, that the 3d services and capture services will be accurate or reliable, that use of the 3d services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error, or that any defects in the 3d services will be corrected.

Illegal Activity

If the 3D tour is used by anyone to acquire the layout of a Business, Residence, or any other Scanned or Videoed Property, iGUIDE-Uruguay3D will not be held liable for any action or theft due to the 3D Model.  These Models are posted online & any other outlet by iGUIDE-Uruguay3D for use in Marketing both the Property and the Services provided.  Client or Owner of said property can submit for the shutdown of model set forth in Takedown Service Stated above.  We are scanning and publishing the model at the request of the Owner or Client who has been named by owner as the Realtor to Market the property as they would like, clearing iGUIDE-Uruguay3D to Scan and Post the property as outlined in this Agreement.


Limitation of Liability

Except in connection with either party’s indemnification obligations hereunder, customer’s breach of a party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct: (a) to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party, its affiliates or licensors shall be liable, under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages; and (b) in no event shall the total liability of either party, its affiliates or its licensors under this agreement exceed the total fees paid or payable to service provider hereunder during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the date the cause of action arose. Neither service provider nor iGUIDE or iGUIDE-Uruguay3d shall be responsible or liable for any personal or confidential information captured or displayed in any 3D or photography service. Customer is responsible for preparation of each service location, and customer will be solely responsible for any objects or people displayed in any 3D or photography services.
