The Future of Wine Tourism
Wineries
We created a new marketing system of virtual wine tourism experiences that will allow wine enthusiasts and tourists to visit wine regions and specific wineries around the world from the safety of their own homes 24/7.
Let customers explore and walk through the vineyards, enter the winery, see the cellars, step into the wine tasting room, restaurant & gift shop to see the wines and specific information as never before by using their computer, tablet, or smartphone. They can take a 3D Virtual Tour before they arrive or while they're sipping on a bottle of your finest vintage at home! The intent is to entice the tourist to visit someday in person and, in the meantime, to encourage them to try the wines of the estate by seeking them out in a local retail shop or purchase online in your e-commerce store.
Animated panoramas
The sample below is a perfume cellar in Spain but could be as well a sales office of a builder. As soon you click the salesperson, he comes alive and talks about his products.
We use the 3D Virtual Tour technology to allow its customer to browse around the whole winery and showroom area and see what’s on offer. They can see and click on a specific product to see the full details, put it in the shopping cart, or even initiate a live video chat with the salesperson to discuss further.
This can be accomplished with bird-eye drone shots, online videos, 360 photo tours, 360 videos, and iGUIDE 3D Virtual Tours, if desired with VR glasses, designed to make the visitor feel as if they are walking through the winery grounds.
Hybrid tours
The sample below was done for the "Las Cárcavas" Development in Rocha. The same could be done for an Apartment Tower. If you fly or walk through a tour, you can click on certain areas to explore in 360 degrees, enter, for example, instead of the model home an apartment on the 20th floor with its specific views or watch a video of a recent event like you can see in this sample in the BBQ, Tennis, Beach deck or Pool area.

Now on Sale
We use the 3D Virtual Tour technology to allow its customer to browse around the premises and see what’s on offer. They can see and click on a specific product to see the full details by a hot-link to the manufacturer or even initiate a live video chat with the salesperson to discuss further.
This can be accomplished with bird-eye drone shots, online videos, 360 photo tours, 360 videos, and iGUIDE® 3D Virtual Tours with integrated digital floor-plans, if desired viewable with VR headsets, designed to make the visitor feel as if they are walking through the property. We supply the builder with weekly analytics of his online traffic.
Google Street View
Attract more customers by connecting the 3D Virtual Tour to Google Business/Street View. Google Business/Street View offers a significant advantage over your competitors by providing your potential customers that extra level of confidence by allowing them to see inside your business. It's a fact; images have a significant impact on a person's decision-making when searching for local companies. Supplying a 3D Virtual Tour sets you apart from your competitors and provides an experience that’s informative and entertaining.

In summary, builders should consider the advantages of including virtual visit components in their overall marketing strategy. Not only are they useful in times of crisis, where sales offices are forced to shut down due to natural disasters and pandemics, they are also a means of attracting the next generation of consumers, who have already integrated online experiences into their lives. Taking the time to invest in some of the components of an online 24/7 sales system – without business hours – is a powerful first step towards creating a resilient business that can be successful during crisis and calm.
