We created a new marketing system of a virtual sales office that will allow potential buyers to visit the new development or tower from the safety of their own homes 24/7.
Let customers explore and walk through the sales office with links to appliance and fixture providers, visit the model homes or take the virtual elevator to different apartments under construction and see 360-degree views of a specific unit, including an accurate digital floor-plan, where they can measure digitally if their furniture fits into the rooms by using their computer, tablet, or smartphone. They can take a 3D Virtual Tour of the entire project before making an appointment. The intent is to entice the buyer to visit in person and encourage them beyond the physical location and opening hours of your sales office.

We use the 3D Virtual Tour technology to allow its customer to browse around the premises and see what’s on offer. They can see and click on a specific product to see the full details by a hot-link to the manufacturer or even initiate a live video chat with the salesperson to discuss further.
